We tailor each and every distinctive design to your specifications. Flat fee and packaged services are available to our branding/marketing clients, contingent on a needs assessment.

 

For our special events clientele, cost basis is determined by the level of work entailed and the specific materials selected to execute the scope of work requested. To accommodate both design style preferences and cost considerations, we offer three tiers of service :

 

COLLECTION - paper-based design with printing upgrade options

SIGNATURE - tailored design, expanded printing options, unique styling options

BESPOKE - tailored design, artisanal craftsmanship, couture styling with luxurious appointments

 

Our recommendation is to advise us of your preferred price point, if applicable, so that we may work with you within the appropriately suited perameters, and set your expectations accordingly.

The first step to attaining your satisfaction is a one-on-one consultation to assess your needs and personal preferences. We provide all clients with detailed cost and configuration options, but require a contract and nonrefundable retainer to initiate or provide any specifics regarding design. We employ a collaborative design process with digital and physical proofing to ensure that we achieve your desired output. Satisfaction of all balances in full is required prior to production.

 

Because all of our work is tailored to each individual client, we do not stock or inventory materials and any cancellations will be subject to all applicable restocking and return shipping fees.

For your convenience, we offer secure electronic billing. We accept all major credit cards and are pleased to offer the convenience and flexibility of 6-month no-interest financing via PayPal Credit.

 

In-studio payments can also be satisfied via cash and check. Any services paid by check will be held for 3-5 business days for processing.

We service clients in the U.S. and abroad using UPS, FedEx, DHL and U.S. Postal services. All shipping costs are determined by final package dimensions and weight, and generally cannot be quoted in advance.

 

For our special events clients, we also offer mailing services at the prevailing postal rates plus a nominal service fee.

We prescribe an estimated date of completion for every individual project. Your ETA will be specific to your project, taking into consideration custom design and production processes.

 

Requests to rush design and/or print production will be honored whenever possible, but will be subject to all applicable rush service and expedited shipping charges necessary to accommodate said request.

Custom samples of print work are available upon request. Some limitations apply. Special event design samples are billable at $50 plus shipping and handling, which is credited toward a full order placed within six months.
