We don't like doing anything "normal", so when we were asked by a contemporary bride to design for her rustic wedding, it was time to flip a rustic trend on its ear. Rather than simply engraving or silkscreening on finished wood, we went back to a concept we introduced a few years ago - showcasing the beauty of the bark. A tree farm in Maine harvested their best birch panels for this original design. Pairing it with luxurious double-faced satin and premium papers, we gave our client the best of both worlds : rich rustic overtones with the contemporary styling she desired. No where near shabby. Definitely chic!
